I had no idea there was a video for this. Thank you DC for the heads up. I heard this song for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and I could not stop playing it. If you haven't already heard Colin Munroe's version of "Flashing Lights" titled, "I Want Those Flashing Lights", well here's the video. I absolutely love how he made the song his own, his melody over the beat is superb. The video is directed by Philip Sportel and involves the use of color and of course, lights, some of them flashing. I was looking through VH1's list of the '100 Greatest Songs of the 90's', and I came across this hit. I remember always hearing this song at block parties and cook outs....it brought back a good feeling. I started reminiscing on the all music during this time period, twas great.
