I ran across this somehow...I clicked on a link that had the word HIPSTER in it...and landed HERE...The website is pretty comical...I've noticed that once you give, a way of life, hobby, culture, etc, a title....it no longer becomes cool...people don't like to be labeled...even if they live that life, they start to deny it...example...call someone a hipster that totally lives the lifestyle of one, and they'll deny it till the death...a hipster is not a bad thing...

THEIR DEFINITION:

Definition of a Hipster
Hipster - One who possesses tastes, social attitudes, and opinions deemed cool by the cool. (Note: it is no longer recommended that one use the term "cool"; a Hipster would instead say "deck.") "Superstar" is Here

According to the Child Rebel Soldier blog, "Superstar" will be premiering today via MTV2 and on MTV.com and MTVU.com all day. His video will be an unleashed video meaning it will play on MTV2 every hour on the hour. TRL will be premiering it tomorrow, Tuesday @ 3:30pm. So, that means voting for it to be on the countdown is necessary. You can also pre-order "The Cool" on Myspace.

In about 6 weeks, the wait will be over. I'll have the album in my hands && there will either be a bit of disappointment due to the fact that I've hyped up the album so much that it wasn't able to meet my silly standards....or I won't be able to stop listening to "The Cool", which is the same effect that F&L had on me. I'm almost 100% sure that this album will be banged my car stereo with much anticipation to play it each time I hop into the bishi. Avid supporter, yes I am. Quality music, yes, it's coming.

I know it's linked to Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but who designs it? I'd like to learn a little bit more about the company if anything. It keeps popping up in pictures everywhere. 20 Tracks!!!

If you can read the above banner on my site, then you would know that, "The Cool is Coming". You should also know that this album might make history in my book. This is straight from the Child Rebel Soldier blog, news about "The Cool":


Word on the street is…Lupe played his entire new album a whopping 20 tracks to the staff at Atlantic Records today, and the label peeps lost their minds over the music they heard! The entire building is so gassed up, they are going to be working extra hard on this one! Expect early reviews poppin’ up soon….quiet as kept i heard Bishop G spits a mean 16…

Anyways, the big Halloween show tomorrow in Chicago, mang! It’s sold out, so luck you, if you got your tickets early! There is going to be so many surprises there! It’s going down!!!! Also, “Superstar” video is done, Hype did an incredible job…and it will be premiereing on November 5th - you will get to meet The Game, The Streets and The Cool that day as well! ha ha ha ha haaaa!

So what else? Well Lu’s gonna continue to hit the road, hitting up all the location radio stations in your city/town/hood you know! Spins are increasing every week, and the onslaught of press is COMING soon! Still 12/18…Still L-U-P-E…

I must say....20 tracks is impressive. I can respect anyone who takes the time to put together 20 tracks for their fans The TWO push backs just might REALLY pay off, who are we kidding, I'm 100% percent sure it will pay off. I have faith in, "The Cool". If it doesn't get the album sales, I know his fans will still be pleased with the outcome. His thought process and organization for this album is insane. Dec. 18th, where you at???
