US Magazine recently posted this picture of Mandy Moore in a Peter Som dress in which I think she looks stunning....at the 2006 Costume Institute Gala....She was one of many on the BEST dressed list at this event...Some of her fellow best dressers were Jessica Alba,Gisele Bundchen, and J.lo....I think Mandy Moore might have been my favorite....i love how she looks good in just about every hair color....
