Know while I knew all along that Jay-z's retirement bit was B.S, I didn't think he'd go all out as to start touring and possibly make another hip-hop album turned classic. He has done so much for the hip-hop game and everything he does will be remembered in its entirety. So it's no surprise that he has planned an International World Tour which includes stops at, Seoul, Beirut, Dubai, Johannesburg and Sydney. Now I'm sure those are only a few of many stops around the globe. Hmmm, I wonder if that Jay-Z & Beyonce break-up rumor is true.
